Privacy notice

We use the contact details, event information, and messages you provide to respond to inquiries and coordinate speaking requests. Contact and booking messages go to Toni McFadden and Gloria, her booking agent. Ask Toni messages go to Toni only. Authorized administrators and service providers may have technical access.

Netlify provides hosting and form processing. Hosting, email, and embedded-media providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses. Embedded services and linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Ordinary inquiry records are scheduled for deletion 24 months after the inquiry is resolved. Records needed for separate legal, contractual, or accounting purposes may be retained longer.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not send sensitive personal records. Ask Toni is not a confidential counseling or emergency service.

If you choose email updates, MailerLite processes your email address and signup and confirmation records to manage your subscription and send updates. Confirm your signup using the email we send. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We retain an unsubscribe record to respect your choice.
