Privacy notice

We use the contact details, event information, and messages you provide to respond to inquiries and coordinate speaking requests. Contact and booking messages go to Toni McFadden and Gloria, her booking agent. Ask Toni messages go to Toni only. Authorized administrators and service providers may have technical access.

Netlify provides hosting and form processing. Hosting, email, and embedded-media providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses. Embedded services and linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Ordinary inquiry records are scheduled for deletion 24 months after the inquiry is resolved. Records needed for separate legal, contractual, or accounting purposes may be retained longer.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Newsletter signup is not currently available. Please do not send sensitive personal records. Ask Toni is not a confidential counseling or emergency service.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, use the Contact page. We review requests before acting. Updates to this notice will be posted here with a revised date.
